How billing works
The details.
Term-by-term billing
Fees are paid per term, in advance. Each school term runs 8–10 weeks and the invoice covers the sessions in that term. There is no ongoing contract: continue, pause, or switch programs term by term.
Cancellations and make-ups
Let us know at least 24 hours before a lesson and we will organise a make-up class at another time, subject to availability. Without 24 hours' notice, the session fee is forfeited.
Sibling and friend discounts
Enrolling together with friends? Each enrolled student takes $5 off per person. Sibling arrangements are discussed case-by-case, so get in touch and we'll work something out.
Payment methods
Cash, card, or bank transfer. Invoices with the term total and payment details are sent at the start of each term.
