Last updated: 7 May 2026

1. What we collect

We collect personal information necessary to deliver our tutoring services. This typically includes:

  • Name, contact details, and address
  • Name, school, year level, and academic details of the enrolling student (where the enrolment is for a child)
  • Information you provide about preferred programs, campus, and special requests
  • Payment information necessary to process fees (handled via our payment providers; we do not store full card details)
  • Communications between you and us (email, phone, in-person notes)

2. How we use your information

We use personal information only for purposes directly related to providing our tutoring services:

  • Processing enrolments and contacting you about them
  • Scheduling lessons, communicating changes, and providing progress updates
  • Issuing invoices and processing payments
  • Responding to enquiries you send us
  • Improving our programs based on feedback

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Disclosure of information

We may share personal information with:

  • Third-party providers we use to operate (payment processors, email services, form submission handlers)
  • Authorities where required by Australian law (for example, if compelled by a court order)

Our third-party providers are bound by their own privacy obligations, and we select providers who take reasonable steps to protect information.

4. Storage and security

Personal information is stored on secure systems and is only accessible to authorised staff. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, but no system is perfectly secure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations.
