Enrolment is confirmed once you have submitted the enrolment form and we have replied to confirm a place and starting date. Places are limited by group and class capacity and offered on a first-come basis.

By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to enrol the student (if enrolling for a child).

Fees are charged on a term basis, in advance. An invoice is issued at the start of each term covering the sessions in that term.

We accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer. Payment details are provided on the invoice.

If payment is not received by the stated due date, we reserve the right to suspend the student's place until the balance is cleared.

Absences must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. With sufficient notice, a makeup lesson may be arranged for another time before the regular lesson in the following week, subject to availability.

Where notice is not given within 24 hours, the session fee is forfeited and no makeup is offered.

If a student wishes to withdraw from a program mid-term, the remaining sessions in that term are non-refundable.

We expect students to engage respectfully with tutors, teachers, and other students. We reserve the right to remove a student from a class where behaviour disrupts learning for others, following discussion with parents where applicable.

We undertake to provide tutoring services with reasonable care and skill, using qualified staff, and to communicate with you in good time about any scheduling changes.

Tutoring outcomes depend on student engagement and a range of factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific academic results.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continuing to use our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
